Excellent Positive: Location was great, right next to the Catbells walking trail; short walk to Derwent water; wonderful house and views. All thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Negative: Neighbouring field and road gets busy / slightly noisy with parking when outside, but that’s part of being so close to Catbells etc and being conventionally positioned. Quite pricey but sleeps 8 and is lovely.
