Sage Cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath, Central Windermere

差，非常差 Positive: 位置周围配套齐全，有孩子可以玩的很大的公园，就在隔壁 Negative: 入住当天，就看到前院内三个大垃圾箱，全部都是塞满了垃圾，一股刺鼻的味道，垃圾几乎都要爆炸了，当时才4:30想着工作人员应该没下班，第一时间留言说了这个问题，让他们当天清理走，他们的回复是第二天一早就会干净，第二天早上10:00出门又再次提醒，务必要清理，他们回复说会清理，等下午游玩回来，垃圾桶没有任何被挪动清理，且垃圾到处都是，因为清理的不及时，动物很多过来吃，后来是我说要求赔偿，在一小时后才有人过来，非常不耐烦的在整理，然后一直强调什么市政垃圾，什么他们清理了其中一个，我觉得我看到的就是没有挪动任何垃圾桶，且这些垃圾都是上一个房客留下的，我付了高额的清理费，忍受了入住几乎一半的时间看到巨型垃圾在自己的花园，非常影响心情，还有浴室前一个房客淋浴头没关好，水已经渐到了洗漱区，孩子差点滑倒，还有浴室的玻璃门坏了有年头，后面我告知，他们说说会来修理，我想垃圾说了两天都不倒，还能指望修理什么，那个毛巾架在夏天也没提前关上，一直再加热，不知情就直接烫伤，所有厨房杯子都很脏。

Positive: Good location. Rooms are clean. Negative: Handles and coating of frying pans and pots are damaged and not safe for using. Water leaking from the bathroom floor to the kitchen.

Positive: Great location, great outdoor space, lovely property Negative: The boiler was very noisy at night

Over the moon! Positive: The cottage was beautiful, the stream alongside was an amazing surprise! We were really grateful for the fire wood as well as logins to streaming such a netflix and Disney. Everything we could need was provided. Staff replied extremely promptly and were really friendly, even giving recommendations for coffee shops when I mentioned we were in a local town. We were also extremely grateful for an extra hour before check out. Negative: There are no complaints at all.
