Negative: Smelly drains, not very clean communal areas and not very clean table in kitchen.

crackin stay in a top apartment , only issue was the street noise Positive: superb instructions from the owners @ LAIK. Excellent location & a superbly kitted out apartment Negative: the only issue we had was the front bedroom was literally across the road from a bar which didnt close till 1 am & was very very noisy until 2 am with over exhuberant people spilling out into the street , so if your'e a light sleeper like I am then the location is not the best for you .
