Beautiful apartment in a central location. Positive: Beautiful apartment in a great, central location. Views of the hills were stunning. Instructions sent ahead were useful, especially in finding the entrance to the car park. Negative: Having stayed in a lot of holiday lets, it would have been nice to have been left a little welcome gift. This is usually a nice touch when you booking a holiday let.

Great stay in a stylish apartment Positive: Absolutely stunning apartment with the most beautiful finishings! Thoroughly enjoyed staying in the apartment. Host was super responsive with superb instructions sent in advance. Location is very central. Negative: The bedroom closest to the road was extremely noisy and I battled to get any sleep- with lots of noise until past midnight and then early in the morning again. Rooms are very hot in summer and should have fans to cool the room and muffle the outside noise.

A lovely break in stunning scenery .Would definitely stay again.Great to have parking on site. Positive: Beautifully furnished and clean with everything we needed.Comfortable beds and enjoyed large screen TV in the evening. Negative: Nothing everything was lovely.

Comfortable & well appointed but the bars & traffic outside proved too noisy. Positive: It was a self catering apartment, shops & restaurants were all in walking distance & there was a parking space at the rear of the property. Negative: The apartment was on the top floor which proved to be hot during our stay as the weather was amazing & incredibly sunny so we had to keep all the windows open, which proved to be a problem as the main road out of Ambleside runs in front of the building, there is also two pubs with late Licences so on Friday & Saturday they close at 2 am, the rowdy customers then spill onto the street for another noisy hour, then at 6 am the recycling trucks start..... sadly just far too noisy in the road facing bedroom.
