Squirrel Bank, with a hot tub & parking

We had an amazing experience and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a short break away. Positive: The hot tub was fantastic, we really enjoyed our time here. The rooms were comfy and we felt settled straight away. Negative: The bathroom door got caught on the floor when fully opened, it wasn’t a problem but something that could be fixed.

Excellent. Would stay again 😊 Positive: The hot tub was the highlight of the property. Everything was clean and well presented. Negative: The couch was uncomfortable.

Positive: The cottage was cosy, quaint, secluded and just the right size for two people. It is definitely romantic and had all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the hot tub. Only a short walk into Bowness and a short drive to other villages, such as Ambleside. Negative: The mattress and pillows were hard. Perhaps provide disposable flip flops or sliders for the tub as the dressing gowns were a nice touch?

Perfect, great location and very cosy! Positive: Clean and modern through out.

Positive: Very nice cottage. Cosy and perfect for two people. Perfect location and only a short distance from local shops and walks. Negative: Wasn't so clean in terms of spiders and webs in each room corner. Had a few issues with the Hot Tub being dirty (this was quickly solved) and all the jets not turning on at once.
