Upper Oak House

Great stay, lovely home and ev charger was a game changer for us Positive: House was clean and welcoming. Good location with quick walk into Windermere town centre. Really happy with our stay. Negative: Nothing

Fully enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house in Windermere! Positive: Modern , luxurious and well appointed property in a fabulous location within easy walking distance of Windermere centre. Great for 2 couples to share and not feel cramped! Negative: The property itself was fabulous but unfortunately the property it is attached to is not! ( which did make us feel uneasy on first arrival!) Didn’t help that the neighbours were weed smokers!

Arrived at location, police were there, waiting on CSI to arrive for a potential crime scene. Later police were looking Positive: The property was lovely. Negative: It was very modern and comfortable

Lovely house but the neighbour let's it down. Positive: The house is lovely, modern and clean and the location to the centre is perfect. I think for the price it lacks some extras. For example towels for the hot tub, a couple of washing machine pods a dustpan and brush. Nothing major but I think these could be included. Negative: Unfortunately the next door neighbour. He smokes cannabis in his back garden so when using the hottub or wanting to chill in the garden you get the smell of cannabis. We asked him not to to which we got a knock on the door telling us to mind our own business and if he wants to smoke weed in his garden he can. He made it clear he is not happy with this house being a rental. His garden is very unkempt which you get a view off from the bedroom. The fence is not private and therefore people passing in the alley and next door can see in. No privacy when using the hot tub.

Lovely house , great location perfect ! Positive: Very modern and easy to live in. Location was good for all facilities Negative: Only one little thing , the electric charging system very difficult to use , gave up in the end.
