Beautiful setting and great location, would return. Positive: The property was in a great location, lovely furnishings and comfortable. Negative: Some moldiness and damp on windows and walls.

Positive: Delightful and comfortable holiday apartment. Tastefully and thoughtfully furnished. Great having two bathrooms ( both showers worked well when in use at the same time)! Lovely extras: tea, coffee, salt and pepper, oil, dishwasher tabs, loo roll and toiletries. Thank you for another enjoyable stay in beautiful Grasmere. Yes, there are metal steps leading up to the apartment but they are outlined in the description and are safe with handrails and good lighting. We had a little radio music drift up from the restaurant below but it was short lived and didnt inconvenience us in any way. Bonus to have one parking permit. Peaceful and enjoyable stay. Positive: Excellent location, cosy and comfortable place to stay. Well equipped kitchen with easy to use appliances. Overall it is a modern, clean, well equipped apartment. Negative: Outer gate swollen due to weather, made it difficult to open and close. No terrestrial tv. Mould on window blind in bathroom.

Great apartment in a beautiful village. Positive: Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Clean and tidy with modern furnishings and lots of space. Negative: Was a little hard to find as there is no sign on the main street - for reference, it is above the pharmacy and Lewis's Bistro near the CO-OP.
