Positive: Lovely place and view. Very clean. Great base for exploring Lake District.
Negative: Perhaps too few toilets for so many people, one had a see through door.

Positive: Very nice and cozy house! We loved our stay.
Negative: Nothing really. A bit of a walk to things but if you want to stay in and enjoy, that’s the place.

Positive: Gorgeous house with big windows in the gathering places (dining room and living room). Perfect for family and close group of friends. The designs of the rooms are privacy enough for different group of couples.
Negative: Be mindful about toilet with septic tanks as it is easy blocked with flushed tissues.

All bar the lack of TV was fine.
Negative: I and my friends were very disappointed to find that there weren't any conventional TV channels given that we were all in our seventies which the owner when I rang explained was because they didn't pay for a TV Licence.
