Excellent stay and we would book the cottage again!
Positive: Good location with easy access to lots of restaurants, attractions and lakeside activities. We self-catered and the cottage had ample kitchen equipment. It was very clean, comfortably furnished with nice bed !when and fluffy towels. Provided car parking permit to car part a 5 minute walk away which could be used in a number of car parks in the area.excellent
Negative: No outside space but we knew this when booking. Very steep stsirs.

Amazing location, good value for money , comfy beds , would book again .
Positive: Location excellent, we ate at the little coffee shop for breakfast literally on the same road as the cottage

Nice stay in great location.
Positive: Great location in centre of Bowness. Quaint cottage, very clean and good state of decoration.
Negative: Stairs were steep, unsuitable for a young family or people with mobility difficulties. everything was quite cramped, this a necessary evil due to the property type. Never felt fully in command of the facilities, where things were, how you did things. This may have been partly due to us not seeking out the support documentation.

Sadly we were disappointed but Laik provided excellent support
Positive: The location was fantastic and the wood burner made it cosy. The customer service team at Laik was quick to try to alleviate our concerns and also extremely helpful
Negative: Aspects of the property was not very clean and as such I had to spend time cleaning myself. There was very limited hot water in the one (downstairs) bathroom - the only one with a bath which I needed to use to bath my baby - and the bathroom itself was absolutely freezing even when the heating was on… Unfortunately the beds were also very uncomfortable and heating was only on intermittently so each time we came back it was very cold. I feel that the kitchen facilities would have been much too small for any more than 3-4 people even though the property is supposed to accommodate 6 people.

Negative: All good
