Positive: Excellent accommodation Bang in the centre Lovely town Fantastic cottage (Owd Peg) Good that a Permit came with the cottage to park your car for free. Negative: Sorry but stairs , but for 3 days recommend the Owd Peg.

Dreadful Positive: Location was convenient for the town Negative: No heating or hot water and fridge shelf broken. We were only there for three hours before our booking was cancelled due to no heating or hot water. We noticed only 5 bowls in cupboard and feel there would not be enough sofa space for 6 people.

Amazing and perfect for a weekend's relaxation Positive: Location was amazing and made us feel really part of Bowness. Parking facilities were great and the cottage cosy, Laik, were fantastic hosts and as we had a couple of personal issues, they were amazing and very quick to respond and help, which meant we could still have a great couple of nights albeit a few days after our intended stay.
