Fabulous property and views Positive: Fabulous location , views and convenient for a lot of lovely places to eat out along Ullswater . Negative: Beds / futons and sofa are very low and were not suitable for elderly mum - but all key rooms are on ground floor and otherwise accessible.

Exceptional Positive: An exceptionally beautiful and well appointed super modern property it was a privilege to stay here.
