Comfy, well equipped, great location!

Furnishing is to a high standard and it is really well equipped and in a fantastic location. Would definitely stay again!!
The bedrooms each having an en-suite is a great feature and made the stay even more comfortable. The soaps and detergents are also a nice touch.
If you’re bringing your dog, to the left of the property there is a grass area that’s great for some sniffing and toileting. Nice touch to have the crates in the entrance too.
The kitchen is lovely and modern and the property is nice and light, with a wonderful view out of the back bedroom.
Nice to not have excessive cleaning policies in place that make your stay more of a chore - the cleaning team obviously do a great job at keeping on top of things. The great standard means guests are more likely to keep it clean themselves.
We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
Negative: If you don’t like fish…. it’s not the place for you! The smell of the fish restaurant downstairs is evident in the property- we like seafood so this wasn’t a huge problem for us! But would obviously prefer it not to have a smell of cooking.
Corridors on the stairs could do with a lick of paint and ceiling corner/edges could do with a bit of a dust!

Amazing
Positive: Location is amazing with the bus stop across the road. Apartment is so clean , tidy , spacious with beauty is each detail. The kitchen is well equipped. Living room is so comfy, bedrooms are very nice with spacious ensuit.Staff sent messages with everything I would need to ask about without waiting me to ask . I highly recommend this place , it added much to our trip.
Negative: Nothing . The stairs may not be suitable to elderly ,but the need to go up and down is limited as there is a 3rd wc on 1st floor where living room is.

Very disappointing. Property smelt bad, fusty and also of the cooking from the fish restaurant below
Positive: Well appointed bathrooms. Comfy beds. Clean but property really smelt bad.
Negative: Please note! As you enter the property the smell is horrible. We arrived at 4pm and it smelt so fusty, a bit like a care home smell, but as the afternoon continued the smell from the restaurant below was so bad. It’s a fish restaurant and the whole property stank of cooking. All our coats and scarves that we had put on the coat hooks smelt of it. Plus the drains in the bathrooms smelt as well. We did notify the letting company who brought round bleach and air fresheners but to be honest the mixture of both the smell and the scent was overwhelming. I get that it’s above a restaurant but you don’t expect to smell cooking smells even with the windows closed. So so so disappointing. It really spoilt our stay. So beware as it wasn’t a cheap property. We paid £300 per night and it was spoilt by the horrendous smell. Hallway needs re painting as well. They need to state clearly that the property smells from the restaurant below that’s open 7 days a week.
